Post Customer Support is Crap.
Just thought i'd tell you guys what to expect.

I don't think I would agree that this is crappy customer support. You picked items based off of the the stats that you wanted at that time. Then you found out that the set bonus is not what you would of wanted. And now you want to swap the items out. I have no issues with them saying no to these kinds of request. Sure I think the sets should show their bonuses when you are looking to buy them. But it's a bug that they have said will be fixed. And this information can be found online to see set bonuses.

I even did the same thing with my PvP set. Got the wrong first 2 pieces and then just had to wait and get lucky to get the pieces again.

So it's the players fault for picking the wrong items because the set bonuses weren't displayed to being with?

the game is still new with lots of bugs man they probably get thousands of tickets every few hours. so 11 days isnt that bad after 15 i would start to worry cause that is half a subscription month.

i finally got a reply to my ticket for item replacement after 3 weeks..


"After investigating your request, I am sorry to say that unfortunately I have been unable to restore your commendations for these items as over 24 hours had expired since your purchase"

no shit its been more than 24 hours.. took you 3 weeks to reply!

Now the CS in this game is horrible. I spent ALL my head start days talking with CS to reset my sec questions because they got locked. Then another 5 days because they never sent my code after the head start code, (had to leave SWtOR cs and go to origin to get it done...and origin said that swtor had the power to do it as well).

Then when they are confronted with something they cant figure out they just revert to the suggestion box comment.
To be honest, I think I was the one who got the confirmation box for legacy names....5 complains a day because Im stuck with a typeo legacy name. 3 hours of trying and first one to go thru Im stuck with becuase its mispelled. GG.
