you know an easier one? might not work as well, but its easy and works to restore lost electrolytes and hydration. V8 splash. then eat a few small fruits. grapes, strawberries, or an apple or something. the nutrients, hydration and electrolytes dumb down a hungover immensely.

Hey Lite, Look me up. A buddy here at work brought me some Chili paste back from his trip to India. I cant read anything on the label...but he said loosely translates to: Chili Paste of Fiery Death.

heres how you test that out.

1. put it in a friends sandwich. watch reaction.
2. dip your finger in it and taste, to see how fiery hell it is.
3. put a smaller amount on your sandwich. cry from heat, watch friends laugh.
4. get revenge by soacking your friends underwear in it while they arent home.
5. laugh as he cries.

OK, just had some of it last night....WOW, that shit is HOT! But the good thing, it has a very good taste. I don’t like hot sauces that just add heat and no flavor.

my step-mom is from new mexico, so she grew up eating spicy stuff. whenever she cooks things that involve spice, she makes em damn hot, which i usually like. had my first red chili raw helping her cook. nasty stuff. habanero...i was like floored it was so hot. but honestly, whats more fun? tasting it, or seeing your friends eat it and their eyes water!?

yep spicy food is the best thing for hangovers, that and water, but really... spicy food releases the endorphines (your body's pain fighters) and it numbs down the pain and sickness and with the aid of water you'll be feeling better much faster. Cajun food is win too... like a really spicy gumbo or jamba :)
